Rick is an experienced Technology leader with a strong focus on Enterprise Applications Management, Business Process Improvement, and Project Management. He has directly managed teams for Customer Billing, Electronic Payment Processing, Financial and HR systems, Business Intelligence, Network Provisioning, and IT support functions following an ITIL methodology. His responsibilities have included the accountability for all technology components, short and long term technical strategy, solutions consulting and planning, customer account management, and vendor management. Rick is an Industry recognized leader in Project Management, with 20 years a Certified PMP, and a published author on Leadership and Project management, including "Top Ten Things overheard on a Failing Project" and the corollary article, "Top Ten Things Heard on Successful Projects" , both most recently republished on www.projectsatwork.com. Aside from his wife and two grown children, Rick’s proudest achievement was riding his bicycle across the United States from New Jersey to San Francisco. Rick received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Clemson University in Civil Engineering.
