Lilly Pulitzer designs and distributes apparel and accessories for women, children and men. It all started 50ish years ago with a simple shift dress in Palm Beach, Florida. Today, Lilly Pulitzer provides a collection of modern resort wear inspired by the authentic Palm Beach lifestyle. Lilly Pulitzer can be found online and in 57 company-operated retail stores, over 70 Signature Stores and major department stores nationwide.

I’m an experienced marketing leader with a 10-year track record in a wide range of DTC industries, including particular emphasis on high-end lifestyle products. I combine hands-on experience in each phase of DTC marketing – content strategy, creative production and operations, social media, CRM and lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing – with leadership in integrating these components to drive omni-channel customer engagement, traffic and revenue. I’m simultaneously a creative thinker on brand storytelling and innovative campaigns, a data-oriented learner who builds and leverages analytics, and a cross-functional collaboration leader to get things done from strategy development to campaign execution and all the way to integrated business analysis. For everything from navigating and creating company protocols for COVID-19 and executing multiple photo and video shoots campaigns during the pandemic to leading a large-scale marketing re-platform, I thrive in identifying problems and opportunities, developing options, and facilitating executive dialogue to make and execute on decisions that are innovative, fiscally responsible, customer-centric and forward thinking.
