Dr. LeCluyse is a Chief Scientist in the Life Sciences Division at LifeNet Health in Research Triangle Park, NC. The focus of this program is to provide human tissues and cells to the academic and industrial research communities. He is also part of the research and development team that is focused on providing novel tools and cell culture models for basic and clinical research. Dr. LeCluyse completed his postdoctoral training in Toxicology/Pharmacology at the University of Kansas Medical School under Dr. Andrew Parkinson. He served as senior research biologist at Merck & Co, Inc. and as an associate professor at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy from 1996 until 2004. He has published over 100 research articles, book chapters and review papers related to the biological, toxicological and pharmaceutical sciences.
