•Solid career developed over 24 years in Information Technology. More than 15 years in management positions in multinational insurance. •Experience in the elaboration of the strategic planning of the information technology board as well as strategic planning and approval of annual budget plan. •A comprehensive understanding of project life cycles including, but not limited to: understanding the necessity of the customer, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, project set-up, execution and closure. •A thorough understanding of insurance process, and how IT it can support them with security, agility and avoiding wastes. •Vast understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) techniques for scoping and estimating, avoiding underestimated budgets in proposals and overruns during project execution. •Enthusiastic and motivated to implement methodologies that aim to improve the productivity and quality of IT teams such as agile methodology, DevOps and Continuous Improvement; •Solid experience in software development and implementation using PMI / waterfall methodologies. This includes systems analysis, requirements assessment, software design and database architecture. •Encouraged and led the formation of agile teams for the development of two strategic projects in recent years •Wide experience in project management with multidisciplinary teams, including software factory, and implementation of E.R.P. platforms; •Strong experience in deploying Salesforce platform solutions such as CRM, PRM, Chat, Sales Team Management and Self Service Portals; •Competent to build, lead and motivate high performance teams •Proficient in English. •Availability for travel. •Willing to relocate.
