David Mitchell is the Executive Vice President, General Manager & Chief Digital Officer at Liberty Bank. David’s expertise in building Fintech companies and developing world-class products for his customers spans over 25 years. Throughout his career, he held several executive leadership positions where he gained in-depth experience and knowledge in SaaS, BaaS, digital channels, and payments. Under his leadership, these companies successfully expanded their product lines, went global, and helped generate billions in revenue for his clients. As Fintech grows and evolves at a rapid pace, David continues to use his clear vision for innovation, building and leading high-performance teams and disrupting markets to meet the constant needs of Liberty Bank’s customers and beyond. In his role, he leads a team of digital experts in developing and executing on Liberty’s immediate and long-term digital strategy. With a strategic vision to stay ahead of market trends, David also manages a team focused on new Innovative business models; BaaS, FinTech partnerships, and launching multiple innovative digital solutions as part of Liberty Bank’s growth initiatives. David is a former Chief Marketing Officer of the year award winner in the United States by the CMO Institute and was awarded the top 40 under 40 executives in Connecticut. David also help build and led three of the fastest growing Fintech companies servicing global financial institutions.
