Chris is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting's Boston office and a senior leader in the firm's Consumer practices. He has extensive experience working across retail channels, restaurants, and with worldwide consumer brands. Chris directly oversees projects supporting clients on a range of critical strategic issues, including strategic planning, consumer insights, retail format and network strategy, new product development, digital marketing strategy, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients span a variety of consumer sectors, including apparel, footwear, food & beverage, restaurants, and consumer durables. Prior to L.E.K., Chris held positions in corporate strategy at Stop & Shop and operations at The Gillette Company.
