Mr. Vance is currently responsible for Lee Company's business development, marketing, and communications. He leads the company's vertical market approach to Industrial, Commercial, Government, and Healthcare business development. He has previously served as VP of Business Development, Engineering Manager and VP of the Orlando branch office. A member of ASHRAE since 1992, Mr. Vance has over 35 years of experience in construction and engineering of mechanical, plumbing, and medical gas systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in design and construction of healthcare projects. He is also an ASHE Certified Contractor and a LEED Accredited Design Professional.
