LeChase Construction is a full service construction management and general construction firm with extensive experience in a wide range of industries. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our corporate culture, which is based on safety, quality and integrity, is evident from our office staff through to each job site.

I have over 25 years of experience managing the non-operational side of business. Historically I have managed areas of finance, risk management, IT, legal, and compliance at the organizations I have worked at. By working closely with operations, I have been able to manage my areas of responsibility as the companies grew without increasing FTE's but by improving processes to increase productivity. My expansive experience with company financial oversight and management has allowed me to gain an expertise in Financial Due Diligence, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Business Planning, Contract Negotiation, Mergers and Acquisitions, IT Systems Planning and Integration, Benefits and Claims Management, Tax Compliance and Audits, and Project Management. Beyond the financial side of things, I enjoy skiing, biking, boating and being active in the community.
