With ≈10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, I am passionate about finding, developing, and retaining the best talent for Laserfiche, the leading SaaS provider of intelligent content management and business process automation. As the Director of Talent Acquisition and Management, I lead a team of recruiters, coordinators, and specialists who are dedicated to delivering a remarkable candidate and employee experience. I also collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align our talent strategy with our business goals, vision, and culture. I believe that talent is the most valuable asset of any organization, and I strive to create a diverse, inclusive, and empowering environment where everyone can thrive and grow. In my previous role as the Director of Recruiting at Laserfiche, I was responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring, for all positions across the company. I successfully implemented a data-driven and candidate-centric approach, leveraging various tools and platforms, such as Social Talent, where I earned the Black Belt Certificate in Internet Recruitment. I also developed and executed various marketing communications and employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent in the competitive SaaS and cloud market. Additionally, I mentored and trained new and existing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. During my tenure, I helped Laserfiche scale its workforce by more than 50%, while maintaining a high retention and satisfaction rate among employees.
