• INFINITI RETAIL LTD., CROMA - A TATA ENTERPRISE (10th Jan 2011 – 16th Oct 2013) I am currently associated with Infiniti Retail (Tata Croma) as Area HR for electronic retail stores in Bangalore with employee strength of more than 500 employees. Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Training o Talent acquisition and Recruitment of various profiles for junior and middle level associates. o Co-ordinate with Consultants/Institutes/NGO’s for sourcing. o Handle on-boarding through benchmarking compensation and negotiation and structured pre-joining formalities. o Ensure high quality of product and behavioral training to store team. Payroll o Hire all the employee details in SAP for employee code generation and administering system rights to various functions. o Update monthly payroll in SAP which includes leave attendance for employees and keeping a track of Biometric attendance system. o Update monthly salary and incentives in SAP o Ensure timely Full and Final settlements Employee Engagement/Rewards & Recognition Programs o Regular visits to stores and conduct Open House sessions with employees and understanding their concerns. o Ensure all statutory and labor compliances are met by the store and the store staff.like P.F., ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labor legislations. o Engage staff in various team building exercises to create a vibrant, fun, learning and growth oriented culture. o Identify employees adding value to the organization with various Rewards & Recognition programs. MIS reports/PMS/SOP o Monitoring & controlling the attrition rates at store level and sending monthly MIS report to the Head Business Development and Corporate HR. o Contribute in performance management system,bi-annual appraisal cycles, performance improvement plans o Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems. o Developing & ensuring implementation of all HR Standard Operating Procedures & Policies at store level for increasing overall productivity.
