Lisa manages the enterprise care delivery IT portfolio for Kaiser Permanente. In this role, Lisa’s team is responsible for KP HealthConnect™, Kaiser Permanente’s industry-leading electronic health record, as well enterprise lab, pharmacy, medical imaging, telehealth, care team mobile, health information exchange, clinical analytics, and other applications used to support care delivery operations. Lisa also oversees the enterprise innovation team, responsible for developing innovation solutions across Kaiser Permanente, as well as usability center of excellence to support technology design and adoption.In her role, Lisa works closely with clinical and business partners to develop and implement applications and solutions that support strategic goals. She is also accountable for overseeing a multi-year strategic technology roadmap to guide investment decision-making. Lisa manages a team of approximately 1000 resources, including internal and external staff. She also serves as executive sponsor for large enterprise programs, with budgets often the hundreds of millions of dollars. Lisa also serves at the IT incident Commander for Kaiser Permanente.Lisa has a broad and deep understanding of the health care industry, with more than 20 years of experience working in health care organizations, software development companies, and global consulting firms including Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. Lisa was a Partner at Accenture and a Senior Manager at Deloitte. Lisa earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Health Information Administration from Loma Linda University. She received a Master’s in Health Services and Health Information Systems from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2015, Lisa was named one of the Top 50 Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council. In 2011, Lisa was named as one of ComputerWorld's Premier 100 IT Leaders. She has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and MIT/Sloan.
