I am an accomplished contact center professional that built the contact center for The Teaching Company. I tirelessly worked to run a cost effective operation that provided the most incredible customer experience. But I also have experience managing/leading projects, performing data analysis and forecasting, developing and delivering training and being a great leader. I AM someone that believes anything is possible. And I love a challenge! In my roles, I’ve been extremely effective in building strong teams that work well together to get things done. I AM someone that will expand any role I am in. I take the general job description “other duties as assigned” very seriously. As a Business Support Manager, I developed a cross-functional customer experience team and conducted a thorough Customer Journey Mapping exercise that influenced our website design. As a Workforce Manager, I had the great opportunity to design, test, and implement Microsoft Dynamics AX for the company (specializing in the contact center module). I AM passionate about the customer experience. To me, customers are everything. From them, we can learn all we need to know about our business and how to make it profitable. I’ve spent the last 16 years at The Teaching Company championing for the customer (both internal and external) and affecting positive change.
