Chief Financial Officer of The Judge Group, a $800 million IT Staffing and Consulting company, since 2000. Prior to joining The Judge Group, he was an international equity analyst at DuPont Capital Management, a $30 billion global investment management firm. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Alessandrini served as a financial analyst at the Vanguard Group of Investment Companies where he was responsible for financial modeling, investment accounting, budgeting, cash management, project management and banking relations. Rob is also part of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group II (MAG II) which is a venture capital fund investing in start-ups and small businesses. Rob was also a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association (Philadelphia Chapter). Rob holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, the global organization for the investment industry. Mr. Alessandrini is also a member of Financial Executives International and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia.
