Brian Merin is a skilled Global Talent Solutions specialist. For 25 years, Brian has been an involved in the Judge Group's growth. Today, Brian is a Vice President of Recruiting, focusing on Sub Vendor Relations of the company, responsible for growing staffing centered partnerships across the organization as well as discovering exceptional talent for our clients, and within the Judge Group. Brian graduated Penn State University with a BS degree in Administration of Justice and a minor in Psychology and began his career with the Judge Group in Philadelphia in 1997. Focusing on connecting top talent within the fast-paced Information Technology market is at the heart of Brian's expertise. He continues to master his profession in contract/temporary staffing, direct hire, contract-to-hire or temp-to-perm staffing while adding value to the growth of the company through leadership, mentoring, and training. He leveraged his talent solutions expertise to help the company expand. In 2011, he was a key contributor with Judge's Global expansion in the China/Asia markets. In 2015, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to expand Judge's footprint in the Western United States, opening a Regional Recruiting Center and a local Phoenix market presence. In 2022, he continued to grow with his creative finesse, and an unwavering focus on execution to focus on developing a more formalized way for Judge to embrace it’s use of partnerships to support enterprise goals and support strategy. Brian is a diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) advocate; actively involved in the development of programs for underrepresented groups to find meaningful career opportunities in technology and beyond. Today, Brian resides in Phoenix, Arizona. He keeps quite busy outside work by practicing yoga daily and plays tennis every week. He also loves hiking, camping, beaches, travelling, cooking, live music, and football.
