Johnstone Supply is the Ace Hardware of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration. The company is a cooperative distributing HVAC/R parts and supplies to more than 250 stores operated by member-owners throughout the US. The member-owners may order more than 20,000 products from a 1,300-page catalog or the cooperative's Web site. The cooperative also provides them with assistance in merchandising, warehousing, and financial reporting. Johnstone Supply operates distribution centers in Oregon and Tennessee. The cooperative was founded in 1953.
