★ I’m a dynamic marketing strategist with a passion for demand generation and increasing revenue. After leading JCB’s marketing teams in the UK and North America for 20 years, I started my own marketing business in 2020. Since founding New Era Marketing Services, I am now representing clients on three continents. Prior to this, I held the position of JCB Worldwide Marketing Director (CMO). In 2016, I became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM). My key strengths are: digital transformation, performance marketing, customer experience and building a household brand. At JCB, I led a new era of digital marketing, resulting in more than £200 million revenue generation (80% from new customers). Some of my career highlights are:
- First ‘mobile first’ website (2019 – £100 million revenue generation in last year)
