I oversee an extremely busy office for the President and CEO of a world-renowned genetics research institute, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Diplomatic communication skills allow me to manage both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations, as well as facilitate interactions with colleagues and collaborators in academia, government and funding organizations. Additionally, I schedule executive meetings and retreats, handling all corporate travel, documentation, and expenses. In my many years in medical practice management, I honed my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize those responsibilities integral to efficient and effective customer care. I developed my approach to effective and creative problem solving along with a passionate commitment to confidentiality.
