With Acquisition of IVie, Quad Graphics Combines Services of BlueSoHo Division, With IVie's Marketing Services

* After college (1973) served for numerous companies in Advertising design and mgmt. with ever increasing responsibilities - (Winn-Dixie1973-76, SSI 1976-81, M&H 1981-88) * In 1988, Fleming co. (USA's Largest Wholesale Supplier) acquired Malone and Hyde and shortly after, I was promoted and relocated to Oklahoma City as Fleming's Corporate Director of Advertising And Marketing. * In 1995, led total reorganization and re-engineering of Fleming's total division advertising services. I was challenged to build an in-house Advertising Agency to serve the ever growing customer base as well as the Corporate owned Supermarkets. * Evolved what previously had been a "free" service for member customers, into a paid for service, without any loss of Retailer participation. * Total re-engineering effort resulted in establishment of a fully burdened in-house advertising agency named Fleming Retail Advertising Services (RAS). * In 2002, in an exchange for services contract, Ivie and associates acquired all assets and all 124 dedicated associates of the Fleming Retail Advertising Services Group. Now with Ivie, I was able to further my knowledge and experience as Ivie's Sr. Vice President of Marketing Services. In 2006, was promoted to Executive Vice President. * In 2018, Ivie and Associates was acquired by Quad Graphics. Quad, one of the USA's largest printers had already been expanding services beyond print. * After the acquisition of Ivie by Quad Graphics, I maintained responsibility for Creative and Design Services, absorbing Quad’s Blue SOHO services group. Was also given responsibility all Studios under one entity, supporting stand alone Photo/Video Studios and client on-site Studios. * After 45 years of servicing primarily Retail Supermarkets and Servicing a variety of other Retail verticals, I have officially retired as of March 2021.
