Associate Vice President of Online Operations

Currently, I am the Associate VP of Online Operations for National American University. In this role I oversee the delivery of products and services including courseware, training and consulting. I also create, maintain, and support the operations of the online division. This role allows me to use many of my project management skills, but I also apply many of my IT technical skills that I instruct in many of my online courses. This includes website design, eCommerce operations, curriculum design, multimedia creation, and much more. I graduated from Indiana University (USA) with a Bachelor in Management degree and earned my Master's in Information Science. Since than I have been teaching all types of courses. Ranging from business, computer software, to computer programming. In addition to teaching a variety of business and IT courses online I have years of experience instructing in the traditional (on-ground) classroom that most students are familiar with.
