In 2015 ironSource merged with Supersonic to create the world's largest independent platform for mobile monetization, analytics and distribution. Founded in 2010, ironSource is a truly global company, with offices in Tel Aviv, London, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, Bangalore and Seoul.

Ben is VP of global business development at ironSource. With over 10 years experience as both a manager and entrepreneur in the online performance advertising industry, Ben is deeply involved in the Israeli Startup Nation and has seen it grow from a fledgling community to the international hub of hi-tech that it is today. Beginning his career at well-known startup companies such as Interlogic and Matomy, Ben moved on to building his own startup, running multiple SEM and SEO projects, and owning several proprietary web assets. In 2010 Ben joined his friends at a small startup called Volonet as VP of sales, helping the company grow globally and leading to a strategic merger with FoxTab. The merger led to the founding of ironSource, now one of Israel's fastest growing internet companies.
