ipsy is a new online beauty site co-founded by YouTube beauty sensation Michelle Phan. ipsy incorporates video tutorials to create an environment that encourages sharing and connecting with everyone – from the established pros and beauty enthusiasts to beginners looking for beauty tips and advice. ipsy incorporates the popular Glam Bag monthly subscription service - previously established as myglam - as a key part of the site.

Recently started as a VP of HR at Twitter. I'm leading the global HRBP team as well as building a workforce strategy and planning group. Prior to Twitter, I'd spent a few months on sabbatical after a brief stint at Lending Club. Most of my career has been spent at Google for 11+ years (where I was more tenured than 98.9% of the company by the time I left) in roles such as: -an HR Business Partner for the Trust & Safety team -the Director of Recruiting for ~120 recruiters that hired 5000 people into HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Facilities, Business Consulting, YouTube, and Google[x] roles -the Founder of the People Analytics group at Google back in 2004 Pre-Google life I was a management consultant for a coupla years, got my PhD (in Org Psych) in the fine state of Texas, and spent time growing up in Chicagoland (go Cubs!).
