I use a number of modalities including Somatics, trauma release, masculine & feminine dynamics, breathwork, sexual embodiment, Parts therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programing, NVC, Inner Child work and mindfulness. I help you build a somatic body that can hold the life you want to create I use scientifically proven methods to change what is not working the way you want.
