I’m an experienced global technology business leader, with over thirty years of leading significant change and transformation of banking practices. I have also worked in the IT industry for several years, this enables me to apply inside knowledge of how to maximize the benefits of emerging technology developments. This coupled with very strong stakeholder and people leadership skills, enables me to enhance partnerships, and bring the latest engineering or automation to solve complex organizational inefficiencies, while accelerating business growth. In the past thirteen years, I have been a technology leader in ING group and bank, leading Agile transformation as the corporate(Group Services) CIO for seven years. I was then Global IT Infra & Engineering(CTO)role for past five and half years years, driving our IT infrastructure to be software defined, insourcing office automation to SaaS and move to Cloud engineering. I have now been appointed Global CIO for Wholesale Banking division of ING.
