I am a Partner in Plural Strategy’s London office and lead the firm’s post-merger and acquisition integration, and strategy implementation practice. My experience includes complete end-to-end integration planning and delivery, both commercial and functional/technical, and in addition, building and delivery of synergy strategies to ensure optimised growth and value creation. Previously I was at Informa, where, most recently, I was responsible for the successful acquisition, integration and incubation of events and media businesses globally in the Finance, Life Sciences and TMT sectors. I have over 25 years' experience within the media and events sector. I founded and led my own high-level content led events business, Adam Smith Conferences (ASC) in 1998. During my 17 year leadership, it grew to become the number one events provider for the Russia & the CIS regions, delivering “must attend” annual events across a broad spectrum of sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Automotive, Metals, Pulp & Paper and Energy.
