Mike is CEO and Chairman of Data Axle. Data Axle helps companies increase sales and customer loyalty through its high-value data and innovative multi-channel marketing solutions. Mike joined Data Axle as Chairman in August of 2011 and also became an Operating Partner of CCMP Capital. In November of that year Mike became CEO of Infogroup and left the firm. In April of 2017, Mike lead the successful sale of the business to Court Square Partners. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Iaccarino served as CEO of Mobile Messenger, a Silver Lake Sumeru company, and established the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America with over $500M of retail revenue. Previously, he was CEO of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009 after serving as as its CFO from 1998 to 2001. Mike led a near 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Mike was hired as CFO in 1998 by Bain Capital and Greylock Partners as part of the spin out from American Express. Mike lead its sale to the Carlyle Group in November 2001 and was named CEO in December. Three years later, Mike sold the business to Alliance Data Systems. Before Epsilon, Mike was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology (the first company to receive FDA approval for LASIK/PRK) after having started his career as a CPA in KPMG's Boston office. Mike holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude. Mike has significant experience in turnaround situations and growing businesses through both organic and inorganic strategies and has worked with numerous top tier private equity firms. Mike was recently named Chairman of cxLoyalty (formerly Affinion Group), an Elliot Capital controlled company.
