I have over 20 years in the Omni-Channel Contact Center/BPO space as a sales executive. With deep roots in the cable/telecom, retail/E-comm and consumer services verticals- I have developed a reputation as a respected resource with a consultative approach that delivers problem-solving solutions. Working with some of the most well-known and respected and brands in the world, it is important to me to be able to offer current, yet proven technologies and resources to the companies in which I consult. By serving on numerous association boards and developing a large professional network, I have been able to stay on top of the many changes that are occurring in this space. Digital transformation is upon us and I could not be more excited. Although I spend my days "Hunting" in my sales role, I spend my free time in nature "hunting" for the perfect camera shot. Photography, boating and family are my balance and joy.
