Years of experience in genomics, single cell, molecular biology, expression vector and cell assay design within academia and industry.As part of Hamilton's International Support Team I provide technical genomics and 2nd-level application support for field application specialists and distributors within EMEA. Working directly with distributors, partners, and Hamilton internal subsidaries to provide pre-sales support, staff and customer training, and on-site support. In addition to these main functions I liase between multiple stakeholders including MSLs, CMs, Hamilton's Application Lab, FAS, and sales teams to manage development projects and provide updates and feedback for a number of Hamilton's assay ready workstations. I directly mediate with a number of partners (i.e. Roche, Illumina, Oxford Nanopore Technologies) to assist them with developing applications for Hamilton’s automation platforms.
