Sitting at the intersection of subscriptions, marketing and product I’m an experienced commercial leader with multi million pound P/L responsibility, consistently delivering annual YoY EBITDA growth. I’m responsible for shaping and executing the business strategy, managing a diverse team across many disciplines and extremely comfortable working in collaboration in a matrix organisation across multiple sites. I have an absolute passion for creating fantastic products that solve user and business missions and aligning this with a customer centric commercial approach. Over nearly 15 years I’ve created a proven track record of delivering on company objectives and I’m a proud winner of over a dozen industry awards in categories such as marketing, data, innovation, customer retention and digital subscriptions strategy. Experienced across content, media and retail businesses working both nationally and internationally, I’m also responsible for creating the strategic alliances with the major tech companies and other partners around the world in order to fulfil specific business objectives. I have proven leadership experience in building, developing and motivating teams and take real pride in leading a team, bringing them together to collectively work towards our common objective, developing individuals along the journey.
