- 12+ years of experience in IT with over 10 years of experience in networking, including hands-on experience in providing network support, installation and troubleshooting for a broad range of LAN / WAN communication systems - Excellent technical, customer service and project management skills - Experience in coordinating resources, prioritizing group activities and establish schedules to ensure that plans are consistent with overall team objectives - Analytical, methodical, and resourceful approach to problem solving, identifying root causes and corrective actions to meet short and long-term business and system requirements - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization - Experience in troubleshooting layers 1-7 of the OSI Protocol Stack for various LAN / WAN devices including Cisco Routers and Switches
