In addition to my current work in supply chain research and education, I have spent several years in logistics operations and management. This includes experience in distribution center and corporate settings. My current research is aimed at helping firms work together to develop and improve logistics operations. Specifically, I am looking at the role that logistics service providers play in developing 'best in class' logistics operations for their customers. I am also looking at how firms work with their suppliers to improve performance measurement.My research has been published in The International Journal of Logistics Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Journal of Business Logistics, Journal of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management Review, and Journal of Transportation Management.Specialties: Shipper-3PL Relationships, Logistics Innovation, On-Site Representation, Supply Chain Integration, Performance Measurement
