Clients call me because they want objective, independent advice from a trusted partner to translate to 'plain English' technology initiatives and to evaluate whether the company’s technology spending and priorities are aligned with their business objectives. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, I spent 25 years as a technology executive. Most recently, I was the Chief Information Officer for Sysco Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. I switched from industry to consulting because it allows me to use my experience to help colleagues in other companies be more successful. Because I have sat in the CIO hot seat, I can identify potential roadblocks to success and help to mitigate collaboration and governance issues. I care deeply about my clients’ success. When clients hire me, they get more than the project deliverables, they get a partner. My goal is to leave the organization and its people stronger than before.
