Bunche International Affairs Center: Howard University established an International Affairs Center in 1993 to serve as a focal point for the University's many and varied international activities and interests. It also serves as the primary coordinator for mid-long term study abroad for Howard University students...among other activities.

I am a visionary HR leader with extensive experience developing and deploying initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience while protecting the organization’s liability and risk. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to effectively oversee human resources programs including payroll data analytics, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, and development of critical policies and procedures that reduce liability while achieving exceptional workplace culture. Originally educated and trained in corporate finance, I gained extensive exposure to financial systems and the impact that the integration of technology has on an organization’s ability to provide seamless service internally and externally. As my career progressed, I had the opportunity to transfer my analytical skills and leadership abilities into the Human Resource division at Howard University in progressively responsible leadership positions. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards, I am regarded as a trusted executive and partner often asked to participate in the creation of strategic plans and initiatives to address critical organizational issues while ensuring seamless integration of technology-infused program enhancements that transparency among HR operations.
