I am an IT professional with over 15 years of experience. I have touched a little bit of everything: setting up firewalls and routers, to developing web applications in Java and .NET, SAP Security, middleware, enterprise architecture, IaaS cloud deployment, project management, outsourcing relationship manager, and manager.My last six years have been spent in a leadership role. I lead the effort to purchase and implement SAP HANA, successfully transitioning to ECC on HANA in June, 2015. I have lead two successful SAP landscape migrations and a middleware upgrade/migration encompassing over 150 interfaces. My areas of responsibility continue to grow and now include enterprise content management, SharePoint, and OpenText.I manage our Business Applications Architecture and Security. My team is responsible for SAP Basis, SAP Application Security, and Enterprise Content Management (SharePoint and OpenText). I lead the selection of a partner vendor to host our SAP environment. I manage the relationship with our partner host, coordinating between our teams to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.Always looking for opportunities to improve myself and my company, I lead the effort to set up SAP in the cloud, successfully completing a PoC which proved invaluable and showed what the IaaS model can deliver.
