I'm an IT Services professional with over 25 years of experience building and leading teams of technical staff members to effectively support business solutions that yield measurable results in efficiency and productivity. I'm an accomplished professional experienced with forming trusted partnerships between IT Services, executive management, vendors, and interdepartmental stakeholders to reach desired business objectives. I make it my mission to ensure delivery of quality IT services while receiving information from business partners through empathetic listening. Throughout my years of service, I've been instrumental in enabling the growth of my IT customer base from 300 to 1,100 within a 2-year period.
