As a meeting resource professional, with over 24 years of experience at HelmsBriscoe, I work with both corporate, association, sports and incentive clients needing sleeping rooms and meeting rooms for conferences, incentives, board/sales meetings and executive retreats. While our primary service is site selection, it is actually much more encompassing. I work alongside my clients to provide RFP development, property sourcing, proposal consolidation, evaluation and recommendation, and contract negotiation. Attention to detail is paramount throughout the process to ensure all aspects meet your specific needs and goals. My extensive travels, both domestically and internationally, adds depth to my understanding of countless destinations. Often a meeting has need for off-site venues and other services, which I can source and advise on. The goal is to make you the star at your next program. These services are provided at no cost to the client, since we are compensated by the property - with no inflation of rates or hidden fees.
