As the Managing Director for HelmsBriscoe in Northern Europe, our focus is on the recruitment and retention of Associates who wish to be part of the world's largest meetings procurement company.In February 2014, Carole was recognised as the M&IT Personality of the Year for her outstanding contribution to the Meetings Industry and for her efforts in creating a work experience programme for young adults with autism. Carole is a trainer and mentor in the Meetings industry and a specialist in employee engagement to help drive successful meetings management policies. She is a supporter of 'flexible working'​ and works with people who love the freedom of working for themselves, helping them to become successful business owners. Carole has over 20 years'​ experience in owning and running companies as well as organising corporate, association, sporting events and educational activities to meet defined objectives with measurable outcomes. Active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Global Trainer for MPI Certification Courses. FCIPD - Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Personnel Development - specialist in Training and Development and Organisational Development.CMM - MPI's Global certification in strategic meetings management. MPI volunteer roles have included: International Board of Directors, Chair of European Council for MPI Foundation, President of UK Chapter, Chair of Professional Development Strategy Group.
