Warehouse Area Manager

HelloFresh is a consumer services company that provides fresh food at home.

On September 21st I have the pleasure of being a warehouse supervisor with HelloFresh! I am excited about this opportunity to be apart of the building start up team at the Newnan, GA facility! I worked at Walmart for 14 years, 12 years in Supply Chain and 2 years in the store side. I started with Walmart as an orderfiller and quickly decided I wanted to be a trainer. As a trainer I wanted make sure all of my trainees knew the culture, were introduced to the team as to be included, and to make sure they understood the task they had so they could be successful. From there I wanted to move to the next level and I became an Area Manager. I spent the next 2 years as an Area Manager managing 45-95 associates. After the 2 years in the warehouse I decided to go store side to gain that prospective. At the store I was an Assistant Store Manager and after 12 months I was promoted to Co-Manager. After being a Co-manager for 8 months, Walmart restructured store management and I moved back to the distribution center.
