Heartland Dental, LLC is the largest dental support organization in the United States with more than 700 supported dental offices located in 32 states. Based in Effingham, Illinois and founded by Rick Workman, DMD, Heartland Dental offers supported dentists and team members continuing professional education and leadership training, along with a variety of non-clinical administrative services including staffing, human relations, procurement, administration, financial, marketing, and information technology.

I have spent the last two decades championing the expansion of dental support services in the southeastern US. In 2022, I expanded my support to the entire US footprint. I serve as an advocate and coach for leaders in the dental industry. I dedicate my time and skills to helping providers achieve their personal financial goals. I have held nearly every role within a practice. This history combined with my extensive operations support experience, gives me the unique skill set to support dentists and teams as they deliver the highest quality health care and experiences In their communities. I have a unique ability to provide collaborative solutions to the most difficult of problems and connect valuable resources for action based solutions.
