He is a leader who establishes performance goals and accountabilities within his organization that are aligned in supporting business and corporate objectives. He has innovative problem solving skills with proven experience in negotiating and managing service provider contracts while elevating organizational and associate performance. He also obtained international experience while managing offshore engineering resources in India and serving his country honorably in Europe while supporting the military command and control telecommunications infrastructure.
