Mr. Kinley has over 35 years of experience in various aspects of construction from Project Management to Contract Administration to Branch Office Management. Almost all of his work relates to geotechnical construction including drilling, grouting, or ground improvement.As a dual citizen of Canada and the U.S., Mr. Kinley has lived and worked in both countries. His travels to 40 other nations have enhanced his international project involvement throughout his career. His duties have included marketing, personnel management, cost actualization, tracking and administration of large-scale projects, both in North America and abroad. He possesses in-depth knowledge of civil insitu construction techniques and installations, including stone columns, soil mixing, cement grouting, jet grouting, multi-strand anchoring, ground freezing, directional drilling, exploratory drilling, environmental drilling, tunnel grouting, compaction grouting, chemical grouting, coring, joint sealing, as well as other applications. His estimating skills stand out as a primary reason for his reputation for success in client satisfaction with positive margins. Mr. Kinley’s experience has led him to work on many diverse projects including the first successful exploratory drilling project in Canada for diamonds, a California dam stabilization project utilizing soil mixing , the world’s largest ground freezing project, oil sands drilling in the far north, Dam Grouting in Chile, Peru, Fiji, and Australia, shaft grouting in France, Mexico mine grouting, Exploratory drilling for the Panama Canal, strand anchor work on various Dams, the Golden Gate Bridge, Compaction Grouting in Cancun, compensation grouting for subway tunnel in Puerto Rico, a large soil mixing project for a port in Costa Rica, etc.Mr. Kinley has been involved with estimating / management of more than 1000 dam foundation grouting projects in the past 25 years. These projects have varied in contract size from $50,000 to $150 million.
