My focus is assisting companies maintain and implement effective employee benefit programs. By using creative and innovative ideology, I have created successful programs for my clients by focusing on the following four areas: 1. Cost management – They are having difficulty managing the cost of their benefit plan and are looking to add some predictability to their budgeting. 2. Support – Something has changed in their business and they are looking to have some help with the HR duties. 3. Compliance – They have struggled understanding the ever changing regulatory issues and their impact on benefit plan options. 4. Advocacy - A team that works on your companies behalf. My target client partner will have 50+ employees and have a desire to create a work environment and culture that will maintain and attract quality employees. .
