As a business owner, Paul Nemschoff succesfully led Nemschoff, a legacy healthcare furniture manufacturer and family owned business, toward an annualized growth average of +15 percent, EBITDA growth of over 100 percent and customer facing strategies enabling it to be routinely recognized as the #1 healthcare brand in the Contract Office industry. He provided strategic guidance on the successful sale of the company to Herman Miller in 2009. Following the sale, Paul served in varying roles assisting Herman Miller with the integration of the combined companies and most recently held the position of Vice President of Seating where he held Profit and Loss responsibility for the industry’s most iconic product portfolio. During his tenure he led the launch and reinvention of the Mirra platform and created solid growth in both revenue and operating income. Paul has a Masters in Business from Georgetown University and previously worked with Toyota Motor Sales in a variety of strategic roles in areas ranging from financial services to information services and logistics.
