I am a dreamer, an idealist and creative individual, extremely curios and logical, which thrives in a fast-paced, apparently chaotic environment of a business that wants to grow aggressively. Some said I would be "the best digital guy in Romania". I would say that I still have a lot of things to learn and discover in this business. I believe in a job well done and I believe that once you deliver a service to a customer that is satisfied - you are doomed to grow. I believe there is no right or wrong approach to anything - and I encourage my colleagues to fail and never to repeat a past mistake. I am a builder by nature and as Richard Branson said it - you learn by doing it and by not following the rules (provided U know the rules before you break them :p). With this philosophy, combined with me being a stubborn dreamer and idealist that pushes to see his projects delivered I managed to bring to maturity multiple projects throughout my career. I find interest in always learning something new and satisfying my (professional) curiosity. I value most the team I work with. One of the most important lessons I learned in the past 10 years is that a company is as good as its team is and not its owner / CEO or founder. In my 20+ years working experience, I have worked on all sides of the "advertising aisle" - meaning on the publisher side, client side and agency side - both (digital) creative and media agencies in companies from big to small, startups to corporate and in both Europe (Romania) and North America (Canada). Besides digital - I am deeply passionate about the human nature, psychology, NLP and in general what makes people do the things they do.
