My goal is to be an outstanding leader of an efficient team providing excellent IT service and support to its customers. In summary, I have: Over 15 years experience in service delivery and infrastructure management roles. Leadership for Service Management frameworks and disciples, support for the desktop; personal technologies; Enterprise Print Services; and teaching spaces including audio visual. Extensive expertise in management of Enterprise IT infrastructure including storage, servers, data centres, and backup systems. Extensive IT project management experience and the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities. Organised, highly motivated, and detail-directed problem solver. Proven ability to work in unison with staff, stakeholders, and end user clients. Directed recruitment and retention of supervisors and staff of 110 employees. Experience in the management of teams of information technology specialists including all aspects of budgeting and financial control, change management, and staff performance management and development. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills (both oral and written), and proven leadership capabilities. Experience in managing IT Service delivery including all areas of infrastructure and client support to meet business objectives within an ITIL framework. Experience in program and project management.
