Drawing from the lessons learned from the design and implementation of the 'Griffith Model' I work as a consultant to help other research institutions to implement their own arrangements. The arrangements I have assisted my clients to implement are based upon a resourcing reflective practice approach. Such arrangements are more constructive, sustainable and effective than a compliance/sanctions approach.
