I am a planning professional who has worked in higher education since 2010, with management experience in both tertiary and corporate environments. A strategic thinker, I have provided recommendations directly to the University Executive. I am a senior member of the Student Life team, I worked closely with the Digital Solutions executive group to plan and deploy strategic and operational initiatives for the Division, and I was part of the senior leadership team within the Office for Planning Services. I am a positive and enthusiastic leader with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Business process improvement in a key strength, as are my advanced written and oral communications abilities. I have highly developed interpersonal skills and am a collaborative team player. I thrive on mentoring my staff so that they can fulfil their potential and progress their careers. I am also a survey expert and love wrangling data. My ideal role is one that makes a difference, which puts me ‘in the room’ to influence decision-making, and above all else, challenges me.
