I’m passionate about carrying great ideas to fruition, uncovering hidden talents within my teams, and navigating difficult business challenges.Working for a wonderful, e-commerce marketplace over the last 9 years, I’ve had the opportunity to continuously learn and wear a number of hats in my career—from digital marketer, risk analyst, policy writer, researcher, manager, mentor, to process improvement champion. This diverse experience has led me to hold the following professional values near and dear to my heart:- Don’t underestimate the value of execution. Brilliant ideas won’t get you far without it.- You and/or your team don’t need to be good at everything. Be open about your weaknesses, but create professional partnerships to overcome them.- Confidence is not loud. That said, humility and confidence are two of the most important attributes to exude as a leader.- Promote the work of others more than your own. Win to win, not for bragging rights.- I love being the person people trust with important challenges and thrive being thrown in the fire.
