I build high-impact, scaleable lifecycle programs that get big results by focusing on what's best for the customer relationship. Most notably, I stood up Grammarly's lifecycle program (2014-2020) and oversaw the scale from 0-3B emails per year and launched Grammarly Insights (our weekly digest), along with several other programs. In the early years, I was also Grammarly's first Head of Product Marketing. During this time, I launched our initial brand identity and copy editing processes and ran point on creative strategy for many special projects including video assets that have since seen > 100M impressions each. I'm currently focused on advisory roles in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing, my Substack (Scaling CRM), and building out practical self-learning courses to help the next generation of marketers see the forest from the trees.
