Key accomplishments: ● Drove a successful pivot to security, expanded portfolio from on-prem to cloud to deliver 3x bookings growth and ~2500 new customers during tenure, making Gigamon the #1 market share leader in visibility. ● Led Gigamon’s portfolio to deliver 10 sequential quarters of 40%+ YoY growth and 2.5x shareholder value as a public company. ● Jumpstarted Foundry/Brocade’s foray into the competitive high-end routing market by helping create and bootstrap the company’s flagship product line (MLX) to achieve cumulative sales of $1.2B+. ● Pioneered new software monetization models and subscription revenue streams to increase shareholder value ● Introduced several “industry firsts” in portfolios he has led, including the industry’s first cloud-native NDR solution, first public cloud visibility solution, first commercial IPTV deployment and more. Ananda has extensive experience in hiring and leading high-performance global, multi-site engineering and product teams up to ~100 team members in both privately held and public companies. He has actively been involved in three successful M&A deals and other M&A due diligence. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, Masters in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Mysore, India.
