With over 14 years of architectural and project management experience within the UK and Middle East / Asia, leading design competitions and design teams on major Commercial, Residential and Hospitality projects from master planning stages through to site delivery. My passion for design is in the creation of the interstitial space for communities, employees and residents to inhabit and appreciate. It is to create environments that enhance people’s lives and allow them to enjoy the aesthetic of the built environment around them. Through my recent exposure to the commercial aspect of development I now have a further rounded experience of the industry and its drivers, required business cases and commercial viabilities. These all combine to make a scheme successful from a design delivery point of view as well as a commercial venture.
